1. Project-Based Services
QuantumNovaWorks operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds are evaluated based on the project stage at which cancellation occurs. All projects begin with a discovery and planning phase before any development work commences.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund minus any administrative processing fees (5% of the total project value). This must be requested within 48 hours of payment.

3. Cancellation During Project Execution
If you cancel during active development, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Milestone payments already delivered and approved are non-refundable. Any work in progress will be billed proportionally.

4. Completed Deliverables
Once a project milestone has been delivered and approved by the client, that milestone payment is non-refundable. Approval is assumed if no written objection is received within 7 business days of delivery.

5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify QuantumNovaWorks in writing within 14 calendar days. We will review the complaint and provide a resolution within 10 business days. If resolution cannot be reached, mediation through a mutually agreed third party may be initiated.

For ongoing maintenance or subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but no further charges will be applied.

Pre-existing tools and libraries remain the property of QuantumNovaWorks.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability
QuantumNovaWorks' total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumNovaWorks from any claims arising from the client's use of deliverables in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. QuantumNovaWorks may terminate immediately if the client breaches material terms, becomes insolvent, or fails to make payments within 15 days of the due date.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, España.

10. Modifications
QuantumNovaWorks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
